If you have a PayPal account please use the email greg@foreveris.com to submit payment. You can either log-in to PayPal directly or you can click on the PayPal button on this page and then log into your account from there.
NOTE: If you don't have a PayPal account and are paying by credit card or bank card please follow these steps:
1. Click on PayPal button above.
2. On the next web page fill in the appropriate amount and hit "Update Total".
3. After the total has updated, click on the "Continue" link.
4. Fill in your personal information and follow further instructions.
